Product Quality

Right Size Guarantee
Follow the Petflect sizing charts to determine the right size for your dog. If an item does not fit comfortably, simply notify us and we will exchange it for another size. When shopping for a Petflect Safety System, use the criteria provided for the Petflect vest.
Warranty
Petflect products come with a 90 day warranty. Original product must be returned to complete an exchange or refund. E-mail us to initiate a warranty return.
Charitable Giving
A major part of the Petflect mission is to give back to organizations that rehabilitate, care for, and find homes for needy dogs. 10% of online sales are donated to national charities.
Is it safe to wash my Petflect Safety System?
The Petflect Safety System is machine washable and a cold washer setting is recommended; do not machine dry as artificial heat can damage Petflect materials.
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship within 24 hours via USPS. Lead times are specified at checkout based on destination.
